Took more than 2 months to arrive, did love them though. Worked for less than 3 months and now won't charge. Have been trying to make contact via the chat which they responded to when I had an active order but so far no reply. Pretty disappointed as says have warranty. Just need someone to respond to my messages

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...IT'S A SCAM! I ordered a sleep band in March and almost a month later it still has not shipped. The website doesn't work most of the time, they don't respond to emails, their voicemailbox is full, and even the stupid chatbox doesn't work. They had no problem collecting payment, however. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY OR CREDIT CARD INFO. The phone number on the site traces back to someone named Jeffrey Jensen. Avoid this scammer at all costs.

I have been having a tough time falling and staying asleep. This sleep mask is great in that it let’s me listen to a guided sleep meditation or calming music while not keeping my husband awake, or having me put things inside my ears. I like that I can use it as a sleep mask as well. I did have to put a stitch in it, to make it fit a bit more snug, as I have a small head. I have been telling all of my friends and clients about this product!

After suffering with insomnia for many years and using a variety of mediums my solution finally came in the form of a very comfortable band. Instead of keeping my husband awake listening to various apps or waking with the entire side of my head aching from falling asleep with my earbuds in my ears I can now fall asleep in comfort. The sleepband is by far the most comfortable way to listen to just about anything without damaging your ear canals. The sound is fantastic and bonus, it keeps the light out! I have never been happier! I’ve even bought my husband his own! All I can say is thank you sleepband!!!

I've been using this for about 2 years maybe but I only have one complaint the audio quality I often listen to ASMR which means sound is normally lower than usual with these headphones it is The audio quality is low And I mean lower than $10 headphones bought from Walmart I don't know if it's supposed to be like that but it does annoy me because if you have a fan playing in the background or noise outside your door you won't be able to hear the video you're listening to other than that these are some great headphones can't sleep without them

I sleep with these almost every night to listen to music or ASMR. I sleep easiest when listening to music, but my roommates used to complain all the time about hearing my music late into the night. It's been easier than ever to fall asleep. It doesn't have amazing noise cancellation, but if you're listening to music with these, you probably won't hear a thing. The sound quality is good enough for music and youtube videos, and with the square on the front, it's real easy to choose music and change the volume. If you're looking for headphones like these to sleep with, this is an easy purchase

I like these and purchased them in January of this year. They suddenly stopped charging this month though, and won't charge no matter what charger I have tried to use. So thats sad. I wished they lasted longer. I will get a new pair though.

The fabric is silky and the tension of the band is perfect for me. The volume control is easy to manage and the Bluetooth connection lasted through the night. I even wear it on my walks and working in the garden.

I like it so far, just got it today. Volume control is great and it’s comfortable to wear. The only thing I didn’t know was you could only connect to 1 Bluetooth device at a time. You’ll just have to cancel that device when you want to connect to a different on. Not that big of a deal tho. Yes

At 26 inches...its slightly too tight around my head. Wish it was more stretchy. Product is otherwise working and easy to use.

These are so helpful to help me sleep at night. They are very comfortable and you can adjust the headphones so that you almost don’t feel them at all even when lying on your side! Very good price and these will help block out external noise.

Sound quality and noise cancellation is good

I like noise when I sleep. I usually have a fan and a sound machine going. With an trip coming up where I knew I would be sharing a room with multiple people (some who hate any noise) I knew I needed something! These were perfect! So comfortable and the sound was great! I was amazed that no one else could hear it at night! My head didn’t get hot either (added bonus)! Needless to say, it saved us all from sleepless nights!

I love the headband headphones! I workout with them on, sleep with it on, and I even do house chores wearing them. I’d definitely recommend to anyone, and may even buy another pair for a Christmas gift!

If your upstairs neighbor has ever said "I'm sorry you think my TV is too loud..." then you need these. I have placed sound absorbing panels on my ceiling, sleep with a fan on and used to wear regular headphones to bed but started getting ear aches. This was the last item I needed to finally not hear their TV. Literally, it's so loud that even with the fan akd music on it would wake me up at night.When you put them on they aren't that loud but when you sleep and lay on the foam pads it gets louder so it ends up being perfect.It also uses the same charging cord as an android so if you're into those, that's cool too.It's comfortable, soft and absolutely worth checking out if you're trying to get a good night's rest.Also, your phone alarm will play through the speakers so don't worry about not hearing it!

I really like this headphone/headband combo. Really comfortable! The sound quality is good and it is great for side sleeping. I also like the color options. The battery lasts all night, and it only takes a little over an hour to charge up.

My wife sometimes has trouble sleeping, so she tried a sound machine that generates ocean sounds. That worked for her, but kept me awake! So she tried wired sleep headphones, but the wires were bothersome. These wireless sleep headphones were the solution! They are very comfortable, last all night (probably much more), and with no wires they don't affect movements. Best of all, their customer service is amazing. We had a problem with volume after months of use, and the company responded to an email immediately and resolved the issue. Thank you!A related note: our sound machine has no bluetooth output capability, so we purchased an inexpensive bluetooth transmitter (TOKSEL Visible Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter Receiver), connected it to the sound machine, and made the connection from this transmitter to the sleep headphones. Works perfectly!

I love these headphones!! They are so comfortable to sleep in that I barely notice that I have them on at night. I also like that they don’t slip off when you toss and turn at night…the band is very secure. The volume and sound quality is great as well!

The headband is super soft and comfortable. Initially concerned that it would feel weird to sleep with a headband over my ears, but it was not an issue at all. The controls are easy to use. Two suggestions for future updates: Provide a lower volume option, somewhere between the current lowest setting and mute; and Extend the speaker pockets further so the speakers can be adjusted more to the back of the head (it’s either that or surgically move my ears which doesn’t really sound like an option ).

It is nice and thin and doesn't affect my ability to lay in bed comfortably. If you are someone who watches tv (iPad) as you fall asleep and your spouse needs it to be quiet in the room than this product is for you! I love it and have bought multiple ones.

I don't see how these would cancel noise, but I do appreciate that I don't have to sleep with something in my ears when I want to listen to music as I sleep. I wish the headband was adjustable, but it's not. It's one size, and mine tends to slip off of my head throughout the night. I wake up to adjust the ear pieces a lot because they're in a very specific spot and don't always stay in place.They'll be nice to have this winter when my ears get cold, I suppose. I don't dislike them or their function, but I do wish the design was a little better.

I haven't found any noise cancellation unfortunately as I use them at night to drown out my husband's snoring. But I can fall asleep listening to music while he snores. Wish it had longer time to a charge.. Having to recharge them everyday is annoying. Works exactly as advertised. Love them.

I just received my second pair of these headphones, and that's a good thing! I wore the heck out of my last pair over the past year and loved them so much I reordered from the same seller. I use them at night when falling asleep. Great for watching videos late at night next to your significant other without making them angry that it's too loud. Also amazing for falling asleep to sounds like rain, sleep meditations, or other soundscapes. 5/5 Will probably buy again once I destroy these.

These ear phone are great.. very comfortable

These are great for sleeping with a a few caveats: It's difficult to really control the volume, at the lowest levels it doesn't seem to adjust very well. I don't think there is a way to wash this since the components are sewed in. There is no sound/noise cancellation.On the plus side, these are comfortable enough for me to lay on my side with and they don't hurt my ears. The charge lasts a long time (so far, have been using this about a month so far). I can go a few nights, listening a few hours each night, before I need to charge it again.

I’m 7 months pregnant and have started snoring really bad apparently so I got this for my husband because he was trying to sleep in his AirPods like a dummy. He likes this way better than ear plugs and you can just pull it over your eyes too if you want a sleep mask. Anyway, snoring wife problem solved.

As a lifelong insomniac, I've started using these to listen to books, music and sleep apps. I was worried about comfort, because I'm very Princess-and-the-Pea; everything bothers me when I'm trying to sleep. But these are much more comfortable than I thought they'd be - they're very soft, and they don't put any pressure on my head - I forget I'm wearing them. They also don't mess up my hair. The sound is great, and they were very easy to sync to my iPhone's Bluetooth. I haven't used the volume control yet - so far I've just been using my phone for that. I'm a side sleeper, and it takes just a little bit of maneuvering to find a comfortable position so that the headphone doesn't poke my ear, but once I've found the right spot, it's fine. I couldn't have asked for anything better!

They are very comfortable. Easy to put on. You can wear it as a sleep mask or a headband but the sound quality isn't the greatest when compared to the Beanie Bluetooth Headphones. Overall, not bad but I like a better sound quality.

What an incredible invention. I am able to listen to music or podcasts when I’m sleeping without disturbing anyone next to me. They are a little loose on my head but that’s perfect when I’m sleeping so I’m not uncomfortable and I can still hear loud noises for safety purposes. Great purchase.

I ordered these for my daughter who is away at school. She absolutely loves how comfortable they are and how she can lay in her bed, watch videos and not hear the ruckus of dorm life. They also work great for her morning work outs and just hanging out in common areas. Will most likely get her another pair as a Christmas present in another color! Love the product!!!

The product itself is pretty good but it’s not for side sleepers. Also it’s a bit hard to wear it if you have a small face. Otherwise it is a good product that does some noise cancellation and Bluetooth works well with phone. Lastly, the headband is actually very soft and breathable.

I received these as a birthday gift. For the first week I loved them. They started timing out/cutting off during the night. I sent an email and said I had tried all of the troubleshooting recommendations (which I had done). I got an email requesting the order # so I sent it. They replied with a note saying they will send a new pair. New pair arrived a week later and they work great. No cutting off during the night as long as they are charged. I LOVE them!!!

I wanted to surprise my partner with a nice pair of either conduction headphones or a comfortable headband-type of adjustable headphone that would be suitable for lying down and watching movies (they like to watch movies at night while I'm asleep) - and I opted for the latter due to cost and design.My partner LOVES these headphones. They describe the sound quality as crystal clear. The headband design lets you lie down and turn over on either side or your back or stomach and not have to worry about snagging an obstructive headphone cable or have an earbud fall out of your ear. This easily solves those issues. The battery life is also surprisingly long considering the overall size of the device/battery itself (the pamphlet included gives an approximate usage time per charge but it lasts a bit longer than just that amount of time). There are really only two features that aren't dealbreakers but we did notice them. It doesn't charge very quickly, which is ok considering the type of battery in use, but a smaller battery does mean a faster overall charge time relative to something like a cell phone battery. And secondly, because it is marketed as a "Sleep" headband, the overall volume does not get as loud as my partner would like. But if you are buying it for its intended sleep-related purposes, then you'll be pleased because the max volume is not abrasive or aggressive, and the quality at the volume is so clear that there is no distortion or tinny sound like from some headphones on the market.So, in summation:Pros:- Great sound quality- Affordable- Comfortable to wear in regular use or while lying down- Adjustable speakers- Long battery life (when considering battery capacity)Cons:- Not a fast-charge device, but overall relative battery capacity is not bad when taken into consideration- Max volume is lower than some traditional headphones, which does not negatively impact daily use, but is actually very beneficial when considering sleep application- Headband material in the front seemed just a little thin and did not totally block out all light in a mostly-dark room when testedMy partner loves this headband, and if my personal preference wasn't for over-the-ear headphones, I would consider one of these for myself based on comfortability and price alone.

These lasted for 10 months of nightly use before the battery started to give out. I really liked them at first, but I did find that they put a little pressure on my eyes when I used them as a sleep mask. They sound decent but they do take a little fiddling to get the speakers in the correct position.

I use these to listen to audiobooks when going to bed. They are comfortable enough and do the job. So far they have held a charge for longer than I expected. I can’t speak to sound quality since I don’t use them for music and keep the volume low on audiobooks.

I love these things that I bought a pair for my daughter

I love to fall asleep to guided meditations or to podcasts, but my partner does not. I've tried wearing other headphones to bed that are uncomfortable or fall out. This is so comfortable and the sound was so much better than I expected. The charge last longer than I expected also. This is a potential gift for others.

I love putting these headphones on to sleep at night, I sync them with my calm app and play a sleep story or ocean waves to fall asleep too. I wish they were louder so I could drown out all other sounds but for what they are, they’re decent. I’d buy them again.

I bought a pair of these about 2 years ago for my wife, she had a wired pair previously but wanted to upgrade. She proceeded to wear them almost every night without issue and loved them. Comfortable, good battery life, no complaints at all. Sound is good, not amazing, but they're not meant to be studio quality, just something to listen comfortably inside a headband. She lost them on a trip over the summer and was crushed, so as soon as we got back we ordered another pair.The second pair stopped charging after a couple weeks, which was a bummer. Luckily a warranty claim was simple and she already received a replacement pair that's working great. Nice upgrade from the original micro USB to the more current USB C, otherwise no real change, just solid sleep headphones.

I discovered this after breaking 2 sets of earbuds by sleeping in them. I fall asleep wearing this every night. It is super comfortable, especially after using it for a little while to loosen up the band. Love that you can even tug it down over your eyes to block light if needed. It has a long battery life; I need to charge it about once a week, and even then, it charges quickly. The only thing that I wish was different is that the volume buttons are the same as the skip and rewind buttons; you have to hold the buttons down longer to control volume. Would love dedicated volume buttons BUT I still really like this and will continue to use and recommend.

I play white noise while I sleep. But, I'm traveling with someone who doesn't. This allows me to sleep with white noise without disturbing my travel-mate. They were comfortable. It plays all night with no issue and still has extra charge left in the morning. I was glad to know that no light stays on overnight, which was a worry as well. Very happy with the purchase.

Easy to sleep with

I really didn’t know what to expect with this product. I needed something to listen to TV when my family was sleeping and I stumbled across this. It’s actually a pretty good product! The fit is comfortable and the controls are easy to use. The fit is customizable and once I got it all set up, it worked perfectly. One small complaint is that with my setup, Netflix isn’t quite loud enough using this product.

I am very satisfied with this product. It is very comfortable and I am sleeping much better since getting it. It is easy to charge and works on bluetooth from my phone. I can listen to meditation, music, sleep stories without bothering anyone else in the room. It is also nice to have for taking a walk or just moving about the house without disturbing anyone else. It's lightweight and perfect for travel/airplanes.

Good purchase for the price. A bit fiddly each time to get the speakers positioned over your ears as they float around in the band. I also wish the control panel was less visually obvious. It looks like part of a robot costume. But the sound playback quality is better than I expected and, to my surprise, the mic works just fine on calls and for talking to Duolingo. Does not block outside sounds and speakers can be heard by others nearby unless the volume is low.

The material is thin enough to not make you hot. It has pretty good sound and if turned up loud you don't even have to wear them on your head, you can just have it around your neck! Charge lasted for hours, probably 5-6 hours! I'd recommend these to others!

I’m a sensitive sleeper that also suffers from insomnia. For years I have used white noise and in the last couple of years added an eye mask. I’ve tried ear plugs but none are comfortable. This delightful gizmo solves my sleep sensitivity issues all in one product!One thing I struggle with is that you can adjust the size of the headband. Since I tend to toss and turn, the headband shifts around. It’s no big deal to adjust it back but sometimes it shifts so much that it changes volume, etc on the control panel on the front of the band.Still great value for the money. Would by again!!!
